Krampusfecht 2026!!

🎄⚔️ KRAMPUSFECHT 2026 ⚔️🎄
Saturday, December 12, 2026

Krampus is returning—and this year, he’s bringing an even bigger celebration!

At Krampusfecht, you don’t choose your weapon. Before each bout, Krampus will use his mischievous Anti-Claus magic to randomly determine what both fencers must wield:

Longsword
Saber
Rapier
and a new 4th option Rapier and Dagger

Will you draw your favorite weapon—or face your next opponent with something completely unexpected?

After the incredible fun we had at last year’s Tuesday-night tournament, you asked us to bring Krampusfecht back. This year, MyTHS is turning it into a larger holiday celebration at Harford Community College!

📍 Location

Harford Community College
Susquehanna Building – Auxiliary Gym
402 Thomas Run Road
Bel Air, MD 21015

Krampusfecht is a lighthearted, unrated HEMA tournament filled with festive chaos, friendly competition, and plenty of cheering. Whether you come to fence, support your clubmates, or simply enjoy the spectacle, we invite you to join the holiday mayhem!

Don’t Own All Three Weapons?

Don’t let that keep you from participating! We will have swords and a limited amount of protective equipment available to borrow.

If you need loaner equipment, please contact us in advance at mythshema@gmail.com so we can determine what you need and confirm availability.

Protective Equipment Requirements

All competitors will need a complete tournament kit, including:

• Longsword-rated gloves

• Forearm protection

• Shin protection

• Back-of-head protection

• Additional standard tournament safety equipment

Complete equipment requirements will be included in the official Krampusfecht Tournament Rules, coming soon.
