Have you ever wanted to be a knight, a Jedi knight?
May 04, Star Wars Day, which will land on a Sunday, MyTHS is hosting a lightsaber sparring day. Club member Cole will provide plenty of lightsabers to use. You are also more than welcome to bring your own if you have them. *I would not recommend bringing any display sabers as they generally aren't up to this kind of abuse.
We will be turning the lights down while we spar and it was a lot of fun the last time the club did it. You only need light gear, for sparring with the lightsabers, they don't hit as hard as the synthetic longswords though the thrust is stiffer. Planning to have some group melee games, light vs dark, so it should be a good time!
